The Abducted Zainab Ghadir al-Dhikra, 17 Years Old | From a Reuters Report

Zainab Ghadir al-Dhikra was among the youngest of the abducted women. She was 17 years old when she was kidnapped on her way to school in the town of Al-Hanadi, Latakia, on February 27.

A relative said that her abductor sent a text message from her phone with a threat:

"I don't want to see a single photo posted online. I swear to God, I will send you her blood."

In one brief phone call, Zainab said she did not know where she was — and that her stomach hurt. Then the line went dead.

Her family has heard nothing from her since.
